The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed and the kitchen was jaw-droppingly spacious. The location was mind-blowing, with modern surroundings and a variety of restaurants and big supermarket nearby. The nights were surprisingly peaceful, with no street noise, though earplugs helped with the thin walls. a top-notch hostel experience!

During my travels, Cloud9 was one of my favorite hostels. The beds were comfy and the entire space felt homely. The kitchen was always spotless, and the hot water in the shower was perfect. The staff were friendly and kind, always responding quickly on WhatsApp. They even helped me receive my camera delivery. I love staying here and can't wait to be back!
Would recommend this hotel.

The communal outdoor areas were perfect for relaxing and the kitchen had everything I needed for cooking. The location was convenient, close to everything without the noisy party scene. Plus, they had Netflix and free coffee in the mornings! The staff was sweet, and I met some cool people there too. I highly recommend this hostel.

The location of the hostel is convenient as it is close to the metro and the bustling food and pub area of El Poblado. Being in the heart of the action allows for easy access to all the activities and attractions the neighborhood has to offer.
The lack of sound insulation in Room nr 2 made it impossible to sleep after 6 am due to the noise from the adjacent laundry room.

The location of this hostel is excellent, being near to the city center and just a short walk from the metro station. It is also conveniently located close to the main food and pub area of El Poblado, making it easy to explore and enjoy the local scene. it is situated in a safe neighborhood and provides easy access to tourist areas.
It's worth noting that some of the rooms may lack sound insulation, and noise from the nearby restaurant and employees working in the laundry room can be disruptive, especially in the early morning.

I recently stayed at Cloud9 for a few days during my visit to this vibrant city. The kitchen was impressively spacious and well-equipped, offering a clean environment for cooking. I also appreciated having assigned refrigerator space for each room. The location, situated on a peaceful street yet within walking distance of the metro, was a definite plus. The friendly staff, despite the language barrier, went out of their way to provide excellent service, and the owner's dog.
I recommend this hotel.

The hostel was clean and well-organized, with a spotless kitchen that had all the necessary equipment. The staff was incredibly friendly and always had a smile on their face, providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the location was convenient, with a short walk through the park leading to the main area within 5-10 minutes. The proximity to the metro station made it easy to explore the city.
One major downside was the noise. The hostel's thin walls and windows allowed for the noise from the surrounding area to easily seep into the rooms, making it difficult to sleep at times.

Best hostel ever! the rooms are big and airy. the beds are comfortable. the kitchen is well stocked with new equipment. the bathrooms are roomy and there are loads of showers and toilets. Quiet and peaceful location, but still within walking distance to the main area. the staff are absolutely amazing - so kind and helpful. Free coffee in the mornings was a nice touch.
No air conditioning, despite being listed on the property page. Inconsistent policies and poor communication with staff regarding laundry services.
